By default, classes with agro skills have them built in to their combat routines. Setting /agro active on will enable their use. This does not include taunt, it is maintained on its own. The class will continue using its agro skills as long as its agro % is below the hold ##.
Classes with the ability to taunt will only taunt if; their target is paying attention to something else, or your agro % falls below the /taunt ##
